How to claim a product.

Note: If there is a problem with the process it means something is wrong with the data you entered.
Step 1: On the product, look out for a QR code, Sample shown below
Step 2: Scan the QR code and you will be directed to a page as shown below.
Step 3: Enter the CC code to the space for "CC" and enter phone number correctly to the space for phone number. Only phone numbers with 13 characters are accepted. Use international format only. Your phone number is your ID.
Step 4: If information is entered properly the page below will show.
